Quickstart

TenderScope gives AI agents structured public tenders from three sources: EU TED, Armenia (ARMEPS) and Russia (44-FZ, zakupki.gov.ru). One schema, four operations, available over MCP and REST.

  1. Open the dashboard at https://tenderscope.app/app and sign in with an email link or Google. A Free account is created on first sign-in.
  2. Create a key. There are two formats:
Use Format Where it works
MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor) tsk_mcp_… https://tenderscope.app/mcp only
REST API sk_live_… https://tenderscope.app/v1/… only

A key is shown once. Copy it right away. You can revoke it in the dashboard; a revoked key stops working immediately.

Any other MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP and custom headers works the same way: URL https://tenderscope.app/mcp, header Authorization: Bearer tsk_mcp_….

In your agent, try:

Find IT services tenders in Armenia with a deadline later than next week, and put them in a table.

The agent calls search_tenders, then get_tender for the ones you care about. The query understands English, Russian and Armenian: countries, topics (IT, construction, medical, transport, consulting, energy, food, furniture, cleaning, security) and deadlines such as deadline > week.

Terminal window
curl -X POST https://tenderscope.app/v1/tenders/search \
-H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_YOUR_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"q": "IT services, Armenia", "limit": 5}'

See the REST API reference for all four routes.

Create a watchlist (add_to_watchlist) and TenderScope emails you, or calls your webhook, when a matching tender is new, amended, or closes within 24 hours. Details: Watchlists and alerts.

Calls are counted per calendar month (UTC), MCP and REST together. When the limit is reached the API answers 429 quota_exceeded. See Plans and limits.
